I’ve booked it a few weeks in a row though I have endless options thru classpass. For this back and abs class, come ready to sweat and WORK! I traditionally weight lift/do calisthenics but Mario is tough on us, in the best way possible. The playlist is always on point. Your core and back will be sore the next few days and your arms will be shaking during, but it’s all worth it.

There were multiple stations with different workouts and I loved that there were screens to remind us of the workout we had to do at each station since I always forget them. The class can be as challenging as you want it to be since there are different weights and modifications. I really like it and it was rewarding at the end. I would totally recommend!
