Perfect for someone who’s looking for a peaceful Sunday morning. Ashley was awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly. She did almost the whole routine with us to demo the movements and corrected our form when needed. I would definitely go again.

Her arm sequence was killer and playlist gave me the energy to get through it. I highly recommend taking Susie’s class if you love a full body session.

The class was heated and the music was fun and entertaining. Mario knew what he was doing, he really killed me in a good way. I definitely recommend his classes. He will give you a good work out and you will be drenched in sweat!

It was my first class, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect or fully prepared, but she helped me through everything and made me feel so comfortable. Her class was really enjoyable and very doable for a beginner. Her instructions were super clear, easy to follow, and she was always there to help whenever I needed it. I had such a great first experience with her and would definitely take her class again!!!

Make sure you hydrate before class because you will be sweatinnnn!!!!! No wraps or boxing gloves needed. It’s all body weight. Bring a towel and yoga mat.

His energy is unmatched, and he does a great job making the class challenging while still keeping it fun and encouraging. I would definitely recommend his class regardless of where you are in your Pilates journey whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, Eric makes you feel comfortable, motivated, and supported. You’ll definitely leave feeling accomplished and energized. Can’t wait to take another class with Eric!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI brought a friend as it was her first reformer Pilates class. I chose this class because it presented as a beginner/intro class. I think it was a little too fast paced for someone who has never been on a reformer before. I personally enjoyed it but not really because I was concerned for my friend. The instructor Gigi was extremely supportive and helpful to her. She modified the movements and helped to explain things to my friend. I think for beginner classes maybe making sure there are no first timers and asking about any injuries could help newbies and instructors get a better understanding of how the flow of the class should go. I would definitely take Gigi’s class again. My friend ended up loving it and also wants to go back. Thanks!

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class - the instructor was very energetic and good and explaining the exercises. I typically don’t like circuit classes because it’s hard for me to remember what to do and the proper form when they show you several exercises at once. In this class, instructor demonstrates the exercise and then the class does 3 rounds of it together with short breaks in between, then she will demonstrate the next exercise so you just go one at a time which i like. We did arm exercises with weights, one round on the TRX , squats with weights , bridge lifts with weights, push ups, core exercises, and a short but doable cardio burst at the end. So you do truly get a full body workout, but not crazy intense, definitely doable for a beginner and still a great workout for someone more advanced. She provides modifications and encourages everyone to go at their own pace. Only suggestion : it was my first time and there was no introduction or instruction on what to do when i arrived. Two students were already there so i just looked at their equipment and looked around the room for the same things and set up the way they were. So i would suggest maybe letting students know what equipment they need when they come in. Also, at the end of class i would suggest leaving a few minutes open to do stretches together after the workout. Overall great class i would definitely take it again

The class is only 30 min but you will definitely feel it. You grab a variety of weights and a kettlebell and the instructor guides the class through the workout. You workout arms, legs, glutes, and core. Plus i love the music :)

It was just the right amount of challenging to keep it a little bit spicy! I liked that the instructor would go around and help everyone with the position or movement if needed.
