I’ve done various styles of yoga, and this particular class has been one of my favorites. If you’ve ever been curious, I would 100% give it a shot at RYK!

Very slow and intentional movements not too many poses, but enough to really open up all the different parts of your body very carefully. I will definitely be back!!
