HY-CYCLE
alle beoordelingen weergevenGiving 5 stars for Karina because she’s amazing but this class was not what we love about coming to her classes. Karina is the queen of choreo and FUN which this class was not. As a regular coming 4/5 times a week I’m afraid I will be dropping this class if it sticks around as it’s just not what I love about Ryde.

The class was so perfect as an introduction to pregnancy yoga, it was full of thoughtful touches and support, as well as shapes that really felt intentional and beneficial for pregnancy and labour. alle beoordelingen weergevenI used to be a member here many years ago, back when it was Virgin Active, so was familiar with the club. I took part in an Aqua aerobics class and really enjoyed it. The pool is lovely here and nice and warm. I also enjoyed time in the steam room. This is a great club, very clean. One of the men on reception has worked there for years and is very friendly and welcoming to everyone. I will definitely go again.
