Great exercises and cueing. I typically prefer having a female instructor but he was truly great ! I felt welcomed and encouraged during the lessons, corrections were told nicely. Move is standing out among the reformer pilates studios in town. The room got warm/hot quickly, dress accordingly ^^

Great mat, grippy towel provided. If you sweat a lot, you might want to bring an extra towel, they provide a little one but it's small. Class in spanglish, great cueing. Nothing bad to say about this studio !
