alle beoordelingen weergevenAbsolutely amazing! Laura the coach came up to me before the lesson started and explained how the class would work, which instantly made me feel comfortable. We then got into pairs which was a great idea to keep each other motivated and make the workout more fun. The workout was challenging in the best way and the coach is always there to help you with form and push you. The gym is also very nice and has a friendly atmosphere. Totally recommend .

alle beoordelingen weergevenI love the class and the instructor, the flow is brilliant and a great work out. However, the place could do with airing out inbetween and during sessions, as it is a busy class and gets quite heated quite quickly.
