It’s upbeat with great music playing, nice ambience with the dim lighting, and the instructor Caroline was so friendly and created a very motivating and empowering workout experience! At other studios I’ve been lowkey bored, as I felt they were too slow. When I workout I want something fun and fast-paced, I finally found that here! The best part was the cold lavender towel on our heads at the end!
