This was one of the best classes I have been to. I love the combo of functional fitness with equipment and Instructor was amazing. Everything was clean and new as well.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMusic 10/10, workout 10/10, just wish it was like a tad less hot like how other studios do sculpt classes a bit cooler than the hot yoga classes, then I feel like I could get a better workout in with more sculpting

alle beoordelingen weergevenCan’t emphasize enough how this is a teaching gym. If you’re going to spend time taking a class - such as boxing! You might as well actually learn to box while you are at it, not just be in it for the workout. The true benefits come in both! Coach Joe is so knowledgeable and experienced, and has such a gracious teaching manner. Makes you want to get better each class!
