He made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to the back/neck issues I have been suffering with. I particularly enjoyed the acupuncture as I’d never tried it before, but it made such a difference! Would highly recommend trying it (and no, it doesn’t hurt!) as it calmed my spinal tension down right away. My session ended with Rob offering some energy work (Reiki) which was also wonderful and my first time trying. I’ve woken up the next day feeling much more grounded, a huge pain relief on my back/neck and even reduced anxiety. I am really looking forward to my next session with Rob :)
