Visited today for the first time, and am confident to frequent it as my place to go from now on. Felt welcomed with big smiles from the already busy team, serving other customers. Wait was very less and the appointment ran as per schedule. As someone who is not much choosy when it comes to hair cuts, I didn't give Mario a very helpful answer to what I want and relied on his judgement, to which he served so good. His suggestions for care and maintenance were very well informed too. He took very good care for the haircut with wash and blow dry, as well as application of gels, spray & lotion towards the end for a perfect finish. Courteous staffs and pleasant ambience are always the differentiator. I came out as a very happy and satisfied customer, looking forward to visit again soon.
