The room is beautifully equipped and modern, I was able to connect my phone to the Bluetooth speaker in the sauna and listen to my meditation. You can choose the light as well depending on your healing objective. Water and electrolytes to hydrate afterwards with en suite shower and fluffy towels. I felt amazing afterwards, with a healthy glow! The staff is amazing especially Emma who was super kind and accommodating. I will be back and strongly recommend 🤩

alle beoordelingen weergevenReally good experience - treatments were explained in full and really was a comfortable and peaceful treatment, they have lots to choose from and was guided in terms of issues for example with my back, lovely venue could have done with maybe electrolytes after the sauna but to be honest I just hydrated with my own water but was offered water though. Will go back and want to try other treatments I recommend,
