Everyone was super encouraging and helpful it was my first time trying Muay Thai and they were great at breaking down each move in an easy understandable way. Everyone had different levels of experience but were super supportive. Had so much fun!

Instructors were so supportive and all the people in the class and the gym were so nice. You get more than your moneys worth…will be returning !

My only issue is that I booked the class at 8PM through class pass and when I turned up at 7:45PM, they advised that actually the class wasn't at 8PM - there was one at 7:30PM and 8:30PM. I was given the option of jumping into the class which had already started 15 minutes before, which I took so that I didn't have to wait another 45 minutes for the next class, but it does mean that I didn't get the full time. Staff at the club were really friendly and helpful!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and she is not only teaching moves but also with awareness of self-defence! I love the concept and it is really a useful and fun class! Gear yourself up and try it out!!! I am so glad that I have my first Krav Maga class in this studio 🥰 On a side note the studio is very clean and with sufficient equipment!
