I loved the philosophy and the meditation. I felt fantastic afterwards!

Louise is energetic, caring and loving! She helped every single attendees and attentive to their needs. She kept coming to remind me for not tilting my head to one side which I greatly appreciate. Emma who assisted the class is very helpful too. I love Louise’s powerful and nurturing voice. 90 minutes passed by so quickly. I would definitely visit when I am in London. If all wellness practitioners have their love and energy, there will be more attendees who will join meditation classes.

It said beginner to medium which I thought would just mean a lighter version of the signature but instead it was taught as a complete beginners class as if this was your first time on a reformer- including five minutes at the start explaining how the machine worked- which I already knew
