Sanctuary Session: Breathwork, Sauna, Cold Plunge
alle beoordelingen weergevenTruly a sanctuary! I really enjoyed Ed’s facilitation of the breathwork and the solitude and serenity that followed. The space is very peaceful and provided me with a much needed reset. Grateful for this space and the accessibility of it.

There is no better way to relax and refresh than with the wide variety of wellness…Cryo
alle beoordelingen weergevenOh my gosh! I visited there last Saturday with my boyfriend for his birthday. The staff was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, my boyfriend had high blood pressure, so he couldn't participate in the full session. However, the lady was incredibly kind and offered him a back treatment instead, and she didn't even charge him for it! She told us, 'I hope you come back next time.' We definitely will! He is still feeling a bit under the weather, but as soon as he recovers, we’ll be back. I also noticed that my body felt great and energized afterward. I also loved the resort—the hospitality was 100% amazing!
