I felt like she has been the most inclusive of all teachers at this studios so far that I’ve tried. She was mindful of everyone at all levels of practice. I really appreciated that and felt more grace towards myself when I couldn’t always hold the poses I wanted. I was happy I was given other options.

She’s not afraid to be herself, which helps the class also feel more comfortable. She liberates my soul…literally. It’s the perfect paced class on an easy breezy morning. She also does adjustments on students open and willing to be corrected. Last time I went she gave me some aroma therapy and light massage during shavasana. I will be showing all my friends to this amazing space!

She asked me for a detailed list of the things I already use on my face and she was able to help me narrow that down to what my skin actually needs!!! After the facial, my skin was GLOWING!
