    Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

    Loved his lead and he was so encouraging, there was someone who had seizure during the class and moise immediately stopped the class to help him (as he should). There was nothing wrong with the class’ form (it was regular rumble training class, a good one) and I think it was due to his personal physical condition.     If you love to run and want to be challenged this is the best class in New York. Aminah’s programs are challenging but doable. Everything is so thought out that it pushes you hard but always to the point where you can finish. i have gotten significantly faster since ive started going to her classes. her strenghth is also so solid. You can trust her to give you a good time, cue everything perfectly (out of the 30+ classes I’ve taken with her she has never messed up, and never once repeated a class) and play songs that make you want to work sing and smile. I have the time of my life in her classes and she has helped me reach all my goals. She is also SO NICE AND FUNNY. THANK YOU AMINAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Such a great class. Erica creates a safe place and pushes your limits. I was a little intimidated by the chaos at the start of class since it was my first time but Erica read the room, addressed it, and led a solid workout. You really feel the sense of community among others who attended the class as well, which is what separates this experience from any other fitness class I’ve taken in the past.     Coach Thor is a badass and great coach. I got one on one training and you can’t beat this deal. Aside from being an insane pro athlete and lifter, he’s an equally great instructor; coach really thoroughly teaches you technique and corrects your form. Will definitely be back.
