alle beoordelingen weergevenLove yoga space but probably wouldn’t choose this instructor again. Not my favorite flow, never really felt like we could breathe into a pose. Also it felt like the sides were a little uneven.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI feel like I really pushed myself in this class and was proud I made it through. I had to do modifications for some of the moves I found a more challenging (I’m still working on strengthening my core so I can hold planks longer), but that’s okay! I recommend at least trying this class, even if you’re not sure if a higher intensity class is for you.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in the city. Low key almost didn’t leave a review because I want to keep it quiet but it’s too good. Elissa gave lots of hands on direction which was so nice and she really encouraged everyone in the class to follow their bodies and made space for that to really happen. It was so unique and wonderful. What a gem.
