alle beoordelingen weergevenLuz did a deep tissue and it was one of the best I’ve had! Not afraid to get into the painful spots and hit all the problem areas without missing everywhere else. So good :) the spa is so nice, very clean, lovely robes and towels and nice showers. New fave spot! The place is a pain for parking but use the parking lot off Pershing if you can’t find street.

She helped to explain everything to me, I felt very comfortable with the whole process and I’m new to the facial world. She is amazing with her hand and massage techniques as well! I will say I think my lashes may have been too small for the service to truly show but that was myself and unrealistic expectations from looking at before & after pictures and videos of lash lifts ! I can see a difference in my lashes and it looks like I used an eyelash curler right when I wake ! I would go back to try other services because they really do care about you and have great customer service ! Love this place !

I’ve had a facial with Joanna before and she is great. This facial was with another woman for some reason. It was extremely painful/rough with lots of burning. She was basically scraping my face during the extractions and then afterwards went right into microdermabrasion with no time in between. I’ve had a lot of facials at a lot of different places so I know what to expect but this wasn’t it. I left red and in a lot of pain. My skin barrier is definitely damaged and still in a lot of pain a day and a half later. My skin in general looks way worse than when I went in. Be careful!
