It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

My only note is that the $5 add on for the shower feels a bit much, as I’ve engaged with similar businesses in New York where the shower is included, and it was a similar amount of credits. Overall, lovely and I definitely recommend if you’re looking to relax and decompress.

alle beoordelingen weergevenWhat an experience. I had been having back pain for a couple of weeks, and overall muscle soreness from a previous training session. My back pain was so severe that I went to urgent care to test for kidney failure just in case, and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I’d been wanting to try cryotherapy, but just never got around to it. I found this place nearby, and decided to give it a go. Super easy to find, lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Check in was easy, and the walkthrough was super helpful and informative. I got to pick a song to play in the chamber, and was explained after effects. I slept like really well that night. Really good deep sleep and REM sleep. And when I woke up, no major back pain! Which is great considering I did a 12-hour work day after my cryotherapy session. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to hop in and out of this facility, and am a firm believer in cryotherapy now. I will most definitely be back!

The equipment looks more professional and heavy duty than I have seen at some other places. My legs felt more toned after one session so I’m intrigued to try more. I did the Lipo laser plus radio frequency on my thighs. I’m at a healthy to slim weight but as I’ve aged, I have issues with skin laxity so that was my goal with getting this treatment.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend had high blood pressure, so he couldn't participate in the full session. However, the lady was incredibly kind and offered him a back treatment instead, and she didn't even charge him for it! She told us, 'I hope you come back next time.' We definitely will! He is still feeling a bit under the weather, but as soon as he recovers, we’ll be back. I also noticed that my body felt great and energized afterward. I also loved the resort—the hospitality was 100% amazing!
