This is not your typical dance class with specific steps or counts to follow which I absolutely loved. Instead, Jessica instructed us to allow our bodies to speak to us and move in ways that felt intuitive. We each created our own dance as we tapped into our inner knowing and connected deeply with our bodies. It was truly a beautiful experience and I will definitely be back!
