My back pain was so severe that I went to urgent care to test for kidney failure just in case, and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I’d been wanting to try cryotherapy, but just never got around to it. I found this place nearby, and decided to give it a go. Super easy to find, lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Check in was easy, and the walkthrough was super helpful and informative. I got to pick a song to play in the chamber, and was explained after effects. I slept like really well that night. Really good deep sleep and REM sleep. And when I woke up, no major back pain! Which is great considering I did a 12-hour work day after my cryotherapy session. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to hop in and out of this facility, and am a firm believer in cryotherapy now. I will most definitely be back!

Annalise provided my deep tissue massage and provided some helpful feedback based on her sports recovery research. She even performed an iliapsoas release technique that I was completely unfamiliar with. I only had one session but i experienced noticeable results for the muscular issues I'm working on. I’ve gone to many massages in my life, where deep tissue feels like a light tickle. Also, who cares if it’s in the back of a nail salon. At least you’re in your own sectioned off area and not in a room with 50 other beds and no curtain. It’s also really quiet back there- because it’s far away from the street and you don’t hear the street noise. The little water dripping noise was really nice. This truly is a little gem. shout out to Sophia.
