The only suggestion I would make is the playlist to be switched up with this instructor to hear different music instead of the same playlist all the time and I love this instructor very much but I feel like what makes a lot of yoga sometimes is the music behind it as well

alle beoordelingen weergevenYoga six, great as always! The class was challenging but the instructor didn’t have use holding poses for a frustratingly long time which made it even better for me. Definitely would come back! Burned almost 400 calories according to my Apple Watch!
