I’ve taken all forms of reformer classes in New York City and I like this format. Everyone had mirror space and the music system was great and I loved the playlist. The class was not only a thorough cardio workout but taught me new boxing combinations and (most importantly) how to block. Danni leads the class with skill and excitement. Although I am not very coordinated, I did not feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, Danni took the time to work with each person in the session at their pace while simultaneously keeping the class challenging and upbeat. Lastly, I enjoyed the gym’s environment — it was legitimate and welcoming.

I really enjoyed Rochelle, she kept the energy up and took time with me as it was my first time. The whole circuit is a good mix of boxing, strength, cardio, core and cool down. The place is spotless and so clean and organized. I highly recommended it and will definitely will keep going back.
