alle beoordelingen weergevenI recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI've been coming in here on and off for the last 10 years and it's still the best! however, do the floor postures still work well without the savasana in between? Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

alle beoordelingen weergevenWhat can I say, candlelit yin at 8p is the perfect pace for me. Sam always finds a way to include Chinese medicine into the beginning of the session which really relaxes you for what’s to come. Her poses are intentional and great for waking up muscles you likely don’t stretch enough. Sitting in these poses for longer period of times (purpose of yin) also offers opportunities to practice your breathing which is something I struggle with. 10/10 would take again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenBeen looking for a hot Pilates studio and this is it! Instructor was very nice and energetic. There is an integrated HIIT portion which I loved. I personally thought the temp was perfect. I was dripping sweat but still able to get through all the moves without feeling like I was going to pass out. Great playlist too will definitely be back!

She is not too intense and pushes just the perfect amount while still being amped up. Playlist is always good. Very attentive instructor yet balances It well with making sure she’s showing the poses and flow a few times.
