Valerie is very clear in her instructions and cues and comes around to adjust us. I like that her intermediate class is a good balance of challenging enough sets with challenging enough springs instead of overly heavy springs.

Great tunes, great reps, and on mondays I often go to a class that has a devil’s press, and today I got it too :) can’t wait for the next one!

alle beoordelingen weergevenFlow sequence was quite unusual and interesting. Instructor's cues were good. Pace of the flow was slower than some other flow, but it allowed me to really get into the pose. Overall it was enjoyable and smooth, and I still felt my muscles worked.

It could be a beginner class but she will always provide options for those who know their limit or want to push further. Giving in between water breaks were sufficient for the entire hour of good burns. Thank you, Megan!

Her instructions were clear, she paid close attention to form, and she offered guidance whenever needed. It was definitely a great workout, and I left feeling accomplished and motivated to keep improving. Highly recommend her class if you’re looking for a supportive instructor who challenges you in the best way possible.

Instructors instructions sometimes not clear verbally but she demonstrates and goes around correcting. Nearest parking at cross street. Unfortunately packages still a bit expensive but it’s a fantastic workout, less cardio and more fine muscle endurance strength compared to the only other Lagree class I did in USA. The machines are so heavy omg
