    Bridget is an amazing instructor! She offered lots of modifications to make the class attainable while still being challenging and fun! Her playlist was great, too. I was so proud of myself for being able to do everything on the routine which was not common 😂. Tho I wish the instructor would tell me what muscles I should be feeling when doing some certain positions, too. So I know if my form is correct or not. But if you’re considering whether you should take her class, DO IT!! You’re welcome.
