Some teachers there feels like they’re going through the motions, but Lauren absolutely doesn’t. I’d suggest for the studio to be stricter about phones in the studio (signage maybe?) as it makes the vibe feel less focused.

If you’re looking for a great workout and hot class, highly recommend Embrace and going to Simone’s class if you want a spicy one🌶️
