I have been suffering from insomnia for weeks and working odd hours dont help. It was definitely worth the 1 hour of time well spent. I truly appreciate the time, patience, calmness, courtesy and kindness Mary had with me. A must do class if you enjoy sound baths, stretching, incense. It was such a great calming experience. I will for sure be coming back as often as possible. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience <3
