Carly is an excellent instructor and provides great modifications for individuals with specific issues. She and the other very friendly students were patient and kind with me as a “newbie” at the studio. I recommend this class as a great workout but not for the faint of heart!

The instructor Dan provides helpful posture feedback to the manageable class of around 8 students. The heat inside can be intense, and parking is a challenge due to strict meter enforcement by police. Arriving early is strongly advised.

The class ended with sage and some sound bath and it was a lovely way to start a Sunday. (This was my first class at this studio and I'm curious to explore others).
