We used the foam roller to target specific muscles more deeply, which was a game changer. The whole workout was super focused on protecting the joints, and at the end, he made sure we stretched properly. I 100% recommend this class for anyone with joint issues—or really, anyone at all, like me. I don’t have any issues, but I still like to keep them safe.

I started with no knowledge and now I’m really starting to see progress and it’s excited. She pushes you towards your goals and is a rare gem. I’d highly recommend regardless of where you are in your journey.

alle beoordelingen weergevenLoved her cues. Very gentle flow with lots of twists and modifications. It could have been a little warmer in the room and transitions could be a little smoother from one posture to another, but overall class was very soothing and gave me time to reset and rest<3

You walk in, get assigned a station that is yours for class, the instructor asks what you’d like to work on/what they need to know then builds you a well-rounded custom workout from there. Like everyone else said, great experience, will be back!
