She checked and corrected our form, and you can really feel those tiny muscles working and aching. The studio is a hidden gem in Valero, with six reformers.

It is a blend of reformer, mat with ring and pedipole exercises so your body will be challenged multiple ways. I appreciate how coach Ken was really hands on to my form as a first timer in this class. Highly recommended!

Today, she displayed yet another admirable quality—she remained just as focused and attentive, and continued to give the same level of care and instruction, even when I was the only student who showed up, perhaps because of the heavy rain. Truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication!

When he learned that it is my 3rd time to attend the chair class, even though the class is for beginners, he challenged me to do more. Can't wait to go back to his class!

The studio was clean, and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Coach Kris was also an amazing instructor. She clearly explained each exercise, including which muscles or areas it targets, which helped me understand the movements better. I honestly learned so much from her and really enjoyed the whole experience. I’ll definitely be booking another class at this studio! 🤍✨

She guided me in every exercise and made sure that I keep my spine upright and in proper form all of the time. We got to try at least 3 equipments and I think that, if it's your first time ever doing private sessions, reformer would definitely be part of the session. Coach Pat was truly hands on, caring and supportive of my spine's wide range of motions since I'm hypermobile. All in all I learned so much about our session and I'll definitely book another one with her if time permits.

The whole space feels warm and inviting, making it such a nice place to work out. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I walked in. The coach was amazing too—so supportive, patient, helpful, and encouraging throughout the class. She made me feel comfortable and motivated the entire time, which I really appreciated. I also love that they have a clean changing room and lockers/storage boxes where you can safely keep your shoes and bags during class. It's a small detail, but it definitely makes the whole experience more convenient and comfortable. Overall, such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I already can't wait to book my next class here. Highly recommend! 💖

I really loved the guidance she gave for the entire workout and how she was able to target areas that I need to improve on posture-wise. We spent a lot of time in the reformer but also got to use the Cadillac, Barrel, and Chair. This is one of the best private classes I attended!
