alle beoordelingen weergevenGloria taught a great full body workout class that was just the right amount of burn in each body part to feel the blood flowing for the rest of the day. The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI lived this class!! I’m here visiting and decided to try it while I was in HI. Joy was so sweet and had the best energy. The class was all women and really supportive. I will be going again whenever I’m able to come back to Honolulu. Highly recommend!

I wrongly assumed ClassPass did a better job securing their partners. This is solely on ClassPass imo and will be why I don’t spend almost $100 a month on a membership. Such a joke
