They explained all the movements to me and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was okay and feeling good. Leslie has an endless supply of high fives. They are so positive and encouraging. What an uplifting environment that inspires you to take care of yourself. It really motivates you to come back. They care about the whole person, emphasizing the importance and partnership of mental health, rest, and physical health. They have tons of books and gave me one as a gift! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They all know each other. Great community. Very happy I found this gem.
