Gets every muscle and some I didn’t know I had. Kristy is an amazing instructor and super helpful on giving a range of options to meet all fitness level needs. Highly recommend to add to your mix!

I love the hip hop classes, but would love it more if there was a version (maybe level 3?) with less repetition and questions, and more practice to the music! We usually only do the full dance a couple of times towards the end.

I grew up doing ballet and this class threw me back in time and the Yoga- ballet class brought back this little girl with all the emotions. Liron is an inspiring instructor she knows how to guide you in a beautiful way ( you can actually see the passion she is putting in the class) The music is amazing! You connect with the class from minute zero and it really makes the time fly by. It's amazing all the positive things this class has brought to my life. Such a great workout as well! Highly recommend! Can’t wait for the next class.
