alle beoordelingen weergevenLana is a great instructor. She goes through poses pretty quickly, but there is enough repetition for you to understand what to do. I love how active we switch poses and stretch different areas of the body. Bonus, it was great to be in a hot studio in the cold mornings.

I grew up doing ballet and this class threw me back in time and the Yoga- ballet class brought back this little girl with all the emotions. Liron is an inspiring instructor she knows how to guide you in a beautiful way ( you can actually see the passion she is putting in the class) The music is amazing! You connect with the class from minute zero and it really makes the time fly by. It's amazing all the positive things this class has brought to my life. Such a great workout as well! Highly recommend! Can’t wait for the next class.
