I arrived early to sign my waiver was shown where other things were in the gym but not the class space itself or what I needed (weights, pad, partner) for the class. The class was half rowing machine and half burpees/sit-ups. I wouldn’t consider it a “high intensity” class. The teacher was friendly and helped with form and gave ideas for modification. It just wasn’t for me.
