Her voice is so calming and relaxing that it made for a flawless transition into each hold. It takes practice and dedication to deliver that type of trance-like meditation. Her Yin is so soothing and healing; one really gets the sense that she cares about the guidance she’s delivering. Also, her adjustments and cues are impeccable; it’s as if she’s practiced from every angle and knows her contraindications very well. Simply the best!!!

I believe that is what got me through it, I have a very high level of pain in my feet due to arthritis so I didn’t think I could survive a yoga class. I did. That meditation kept me returning to the right space in my head so I didn’t focus on my foot pain. Thank you, Brian. That was a gift.

alle beoordelingen weergevenUnfortunately, I showed up for the 8a Saturday yoga class and no one was there to teach and the door was locked. The other people that showed up had attempted to reach someone from the business just before 8a and just after but there was no response. About 8:10 we called again and finally the owner answered stating that someone else was supposed to be teaching but that she happened to be on her way there and would arrive in 10 minutes. We waited until 8:30 and there was still no one that showed up so we all decided to leave. I love to support my people and minority businesses but this was a little out of hand in the business professionalism department.
