alle beoordelingen weergevenDefinitely come at least 10 min early, it is tricky to find and when you enter there is no waiting room, you are just right into the class! I came in a couple minutes late after getting lost and was mortified to disrupt class, but the instructor was so kind and welcoming! The only thing I would change would be the playlist. It was very upbeat, similar to hold music or Wii Sports music. I am used to yoga set to calming/nature music, so it was a little hard to connect with my breath and clear my thoughts. Otherwise, the poses and cadence and flow were great, very kind instructor and attendees, clean studio and small/intimate. Plenty of parking.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI visited Aloe Beauty in the past for my first reiki session and decided to come back after an extremely healing experience with Kelly. I was able to release a lot of stuck energy from decades of holding trauma of my own as well as for others as a trauma therapist. I often recommend Kelly to my clients and friends, she has helped to bring much needed peace and spiritual clarity.

alle beoordelingen weergeven10/10 recommend Juliette. Best massage I’ve had in a long time. If you have chronic tension, this is the place for you. Two things to note: this is a home based business and there are also cats on the premises incase you’re highly allergic (they obviously aren’t out while you’re there). Honestly better than any other massage places I’ve tried on ClassPass or in general, and I’ve tried a lot in my area. The only place I’ll go to now.

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was such a gift to have Misha in our home! She had a very light and sweet spirit, and obviously alot of experience doing this work. We felt so much movement after she left that we reorganized and purged my husbands office, something we both had felt stuck on getting done! Thank you for your work, it is so needed ✨
