Cycle
alle beoordelingen weergevenKari was a great instructor. It was my first time in any kind of cycle class, so Kari explained the equipment thoroughly and helped me get set up. Her class prompts were clear, and provided a good balance of challenge and encouragement. I would definitely attend again!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI tried the cryo session for the first time ever and it was cool (pun intended) ! The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect. You wear your own clothes but use their socks and slippers. You can listen to music on headphones they provide. I will be back for an additional session and maybe try the hyperbaric chamber🧡🔮💫

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe team at Cryo Nation is wonderful. I run a yoga studio and know firsthand how hard it can be to work with Classpass and challenge are something all classpass partners experience. Due to those challenges, when I arrived the sauna was not ready for me. So the folks at Cryo Nation set me up with some additional treatments while I waited and they even gave me more time in the sauna!
