I'm recovering from an injury and I always feel like the classes are easy to modify. Ashley was amazing! It was a slower burn class, but I still feel like I got a great workout!She really stretches us out, and gives clear instructions on how to maximize the stretch. I liked her tempo, clear instructions and almost sterness in her voice. Thoroughly enjoyed the class, and will definitely check out her other classes.

I went without a partner which worked out because we rotate anyways. This was my first salsa on 2 class and it was a blast. They also had munchkins which was such a cute little thing. Just a heads up, the incredible instructor will ask you to switch partners so if you go with your partner or friend, you might be asked to switch dance partners. I’m highly socially anxious and was not comfortable at all with that. My wife and I remained partners the whole time and no one blinked an eye. We’ll be back!
