It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

I attended the 5:30 AM session and it was a juicy workout from start to finish—sweating like crazy but feeling great. I had no mid-day crash, just energy all day. The music playlist was fantastic, and Beyoncé really carried me through those burpees! The instructor was beyond amazing, bringing a positive attitude and great energy. Highly recommend this class!

Loved the cold eucalyptus towels after. I could see some people not liking that you can hear everything going on outside your room but you can turn on the TV and the speakers go directly into the cabin. I really enjoyed my session, I’ll definitely be back!

Even with the Thai area being under construction, i was extremely relaxed and totally zoned into my session with her. I was so grateful to find a business that offers thai massage and cold plunging. The staff were super friendly and provided great service without pressuring me to buy anything, which I appreciated. I just wish there were more locations to visit when I travel. Honestly, I enjoyed it even more than the infrared sauna studio I typically go to. I sweat way more here and I’m going to sleep like a baby tonight.
