Even when we’re absolutely exhausted, she manages to get laughs out of us! She’s the perfect mix of tough instructor with making sure you are working within your body’s capabilities. Have never taken a class like this but enjoyed it and know how important stretching and mobility is for the human body, especially if you sit at a computer most of the week 😅 I brought my Mom and she loved it, hoping to return according to the biweekly schedule!

The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again.
