The studio was spotless and aesthetic, the instructor Rose was INCREDIBLE, and the playlist was fire. It was the perfect mix of flow and challenging movements. Rose was highly motivating and curated a phenomenal full body burn. I’m very impressed and wish I lived here because I’d buy a membership. Will be back any time I’m in Miami!

Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you.
