Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine. The studio feels like a SPA, you walk in and just feel comfortable and relaxed.
