Upper Body & Core Reformer
alle beoordelingen weergevenLove the upper/core classes, these need to be more regular in the schedule! It was a great class (added extra hand weights for an extra push). Wish there were more spring modifications provided for those who can tolerate more of a challenge!

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class! You get a little bit of everything warm-up, pliés, and a dance combination. However, even though it says “all levels,” everyone in the class seemed advanced or had extensive dance experience. It was such a great feeling just to be included and be part of the routine. Definitely inspiring and motivating me to become even better!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe ballet teacher Ms. Alvarez was awesome! So kind and so patient with my learning due to the fact that I had not danced ballet in over 10 years. All the students in the class were so sweet and supportive as well. It really is a great studio to attend! Parking is easy, there’s a big lot in the back. You definitely have to have experience in ballet for the class but I was able to keep up the best I could! Thank you Ms. Alvarez, you were wonderful! :)

alle beoordelingen weergevenAs a true beginner, I really enjoyed this class. Cynthia was excellent and effortlessly adapted to the varying levels of experience of each student, making sure that we all left with a sense of accomplishment. I had stopped going to this studio for a while because I had the opposite experience with another instructor but I’m so glad I came back!
