Ive taken her class only twice but she’s attentive, demonstrates and works with you through each movement, walks around the whole class and is super clear with every transition. I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
