She created an environment that felt safe, calming, and uplifting from start to finish. The class itself was amazing. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and genuinely happier than when I arrived. Katie guidance throughout the practice was thoughtful and encouraging, and I especially appreciated the hands-on adjustments. They were gentle, intentional, and really helped me deepen into the poses. You can tell she truly cares about her students and the experience she creates. The studio is such a beautiful sanctuary and you can tell the owner put so much thought and intention into everything. The staff and instructors are super welcoming and helpful. Sophia was our instructor for a power sculpt class and she put us to work! Loved her energy, her cues were clear and intentional, and her flow was tough and fun.
