    Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

    The instructors showed the exercises on the screen and we were put into groups of 2 people per station. I was 5-minutes late, but still able to join and jumped right in. We probably went through each station 3-4 times in-between short breaks, then crunches, and then did stretches. It was very rapid so you need to keep up, but I was still able to go at my own pace. It was interesting, since it was my first time, but fun. Definitely a HIIT class.

He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone. We had newbies and he was not letting them give up! Great trainer, happy motivating, and contagious upbeat positive energy. 🫶🏻

    Meliza had to improvise in the new studio location since there were no weights. So, it was a bodyweight-only, INTENSE cardio boxing class. The whole class was dropping sweat towards the end. Meliza had a great personality and energy. The music was a mix of Latin, hip-hop, and sassy energy. Not really my style as I am into EDM.. but, I was too focused on all the boxing moves and my form that I forgot about it. It definitely helped keep us moving. This class is fast-paced FYI. I will likely check their Instagram in the future to see if the playlist updates.. if so, I will definitely be back!

    Arms felt like jello during the workout. It was great! Great coach and excellent corrections!!! Loved how it built up from light stretching to Pilates corework to all out chaos in my body. lol!! Highly recommended. Body feels good.
