    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    I’m a pilates/barre/yoga/light weights/walk everywhere girlie, not a bootcamp/crossfit/lifting heavy/solidcore/runner, and so this class was not a style I enjoyed. BUT! If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

    Sarah and Calvin led a great full-body strength class. Felt easier at first until they helped with my form and stressed the time under tension. Then I really felt the workout. Appreciated their attention to detail and the overall friendly atmosphere of the class. Also a big fan of the 45 min format as it is easier to fit into a lunch break.

    Omg. First - much more challenging of a flow than the other more classic C2 classes. At no point did I know what was coming next! Peter encourages you to listen to your body, move intuitively, gracefully, and powerfully. Music choices were an amazing complement, although I was mostly so concentrated on form that I didn’t notice it as much as I normally do. If you’re looking for an athletic challenge beyond the standard, this is a good choice.

    Emma is a fantastic instructor with lots of energy! My triceps burned so muchhh after class but the yoga flow at the end was great. Appreciated her introducing herself to me and asking if I have any previous injuries. Always like it when instructors take the time to chat with everyone!
