    Bar Strength Express

    Second class ever doing barre and with this studio. Carrie had pads laid out for each person prior to class starting. She provided cuing for each person by name. She also performed some of the moves for visual cueing which was really helpful for myself. Music was perfect for the class. Really enjoyed the different age range of this class.

    Ecstatic Element Movement

    I am very grateful I found this place. The instructor Weiwei is very resourceful and insightful. She personalized the class for the individuals needs and very patiently shared her experience that I feel very relaxed and joyful every time I came to her class. Definitely recommend this place!
